Reminders when booking your appointments:
1. Do not feed day of training (special circumstances apply for defensive/reactive dogs, contact us when scheduling these dogs)
2. Bring the dog on a good, solid leash and have a good regular flat collar.
(If your dog is reactive/defensive, PLEASE do not use a FLEX Leash, or a collar with a plastic buckle. We have solid collars/leashes you can borrow/buy. This is for safety of us and the dog)
3. Bring kibble/food AND soft training treats to training.
PLEASE BE ON TIME!
Appointments usually run back to back, if you are late, it cuts into your blocked time. If you are running late, please message and let me know. We can still train, but it will be a shorter session (at full session cost)
Payments - Preferred cash.

If you need to pay by Credit Card, 5% will be added to the total for processing fees.
